This lag is really annoying me now!!!!!!
It's been like this for over a week and it's making Guild Wars unplayable. I didn't spend all this money on 3 Guild Wars games to have lag like this, it is unacceptable. Sure if it was for a couple of days fine... problems happen but for over a week now and no official achknowledgement from Anet.....
I often lose connection during a game and I am taken back to the character select screen. Often the loading screen of areas are slow, I sometimes have to wait 50 seconds for an area to finish loading.
Having 10 second lag every minute is not fun... last night I had 1 and a half minutes of nothingness, just my character standing there. My ping was 96,000!

Sorry for the nag, had to let it out somewhere...
A-net do something, this hub in Frankfurt can't do all this for so long ???

Give them time, they are working on it... The best you can do is to try to help them solve the problems.
My lag is reasonable in buisy outposts, its over average in explorable areas and its enourmous in pvp (HA mostly, becouse of the largest player count? Broken tower, courtyard and HoH are awfull, even observer mode goes mad)

It seems fine at times, but just recently it has started becoming really bad again. Beginning to get unplayable again.

Can't see why the server thingy that's causing these problems can't be shut down and those being routed through that one being routed through another one...

I also have been getting lag since yesterday midday, with lag spikes effecting movement and skill casting, its been a nightmare has some of you have all ready experienced.
I thought it was something to do with the massive rainfall where I live (Midland, UK) has had still after reading all your posts it seems I am not the only One the lag has effected.
There is an announcement on Network Support on the official GW Site saying they are looking into the lag issue but hey that was July 1st, I realy do hope ANET can see what is the problem and fix it before this Dragon Festival starts.

Average ping of 961 tonight. It comes in irregular spikes, and between those my ping is 150. Statisticians can imagine how bad these lag spikes get if they manage to pull my average up to 961. Totally unplayabe.
This has been going on all week, btw. Just posting now for the first time because I'm getting annoyed with it. Very annoyed.

Weird though, at home, I have an average ping of around ~150.. While last weekend, when I was at a friend's house (took my laptop for a lan party ) his connection speed was the same but I got myself a new record! 25 497 ping
Don't know how on earth that is possible, but then again, I'm lucky to still have this connection at home.

Yeah I've gotten lag spikes aswell I'm in the south of england I usually have to log out completely and log back in to swap servers sometimes they don't lag other times they do.
These are the screencaps of the issue I've gotten so far... When it gets like the first instance the PVP area is unplayable I can't play when every spell I cast has a 12 second cast time and then rubber banding everywhere and failing your own spell.
